Ingredients
  1. Cucumber
  2. Homemade Hummus ( see recipe on site)
  3. Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. Peel the cucumber or not.
  2. Slice into 1/2 slices
  3. Spoon out the seeds inside each round
  4. Fill the hole with hummus
  5. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds
  6. Serve and enjoy

Ingredients
  1. 10 medjool dates, pitted and diced
  2. 1 1/2 cups of oat flour
  3. 2 tsps pumpkin pie spice
  4. 1 15 ounce can cooked pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie mix)
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Soak the dates in a small bowl with 3/4 cups of water for at least 15 minutes
  3. Place the flour and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl.
  4. Place the soaked dates, the date soaked water, vanilla and milk into the blender.
  5. Puree until smooth (1-2 minutes)
  6. Pour the mixture into a bowl of flour and spices
  7. Add the pumpkin
  8. Mix until all the dry ingredients are mixed
  9. Place batter into 8x8 parchment lined or non-stick baking sheet.
  10. Cook 25-39 minutes or until lightly browned with some cracks on the top.
  11. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting
  12. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup of coconut milk ( regular or lite)
  2. 1 handful of organic spinach
  3. 1 handful organic kale
  4. 1 scoop of Newport Protein
  5. 1 scoop of Newport Fiber
  6. 1 1/2 Tbs unsweetened almond butter
  7. 1 1/2 Tbs raw cacao powder
  8. 1-2 handfuls of ice
  9. Optional 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Mix all together in a blender
