Raspberry and Beet Shake

Ingredients:
~1 unsweetened almond milk
~1 scoop of Newport Protein
~1 handful of greens (kale, spinach etc)
~1/2 raw or roasted beet (red or golden)
~3/4 cup of frozen organic raspberries

Directions:
Blend and enjoy!

  1. 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or water
  2. 1 serving protein powder
  3. 1 serving of fiber or chia seeds
  4. 1 handful of spinach
  5. 1 handful of kale
  6. 1/2 grapefruit. Outside skin removed but white layer remains. Remove seeds before freezing
  7. 8-12 fresh mint leaves
  8. 1 small drop of peppermint extract
Instructions
  1. Blend it until smooth and enjoy!

  1. 1 green apple
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 avocado
  4. 1 bunch of kale
  5. 1 bunch of spinach
  6. drop of agave syrup (can substitute with stevia)
  7. squeeze of fresh lemon
  8. ice and some water to blend
Instructions
  1. Blend and enjoy!
  2. If not an athlete, use half an avocado and half a banana.

  3. 1-2 Scoops Whey Pro
  4. 1 Teaspoon of chia or flax seeds (ground)
  5. 1 Cup or bunch of kale, spinach or chard
  6. Couple of fresh mint leaves
  7. Juice from half a lemon (or less)
  8. 1 Cup unsweetened vanilla or plain almond milk
  9. Handful of ice

  1. 8-12 oz almond milk depending on how thick you like it
  2. 2 scoops SP Complete
  3. 1 scoop Whole Food Fiber
  4. 1 big handful of spinach and/or kale
  5. 1/4 tsp nutmeg, ginger and clove and/or 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 1 apple, the sweeter ones taste better - Honey crisp is best. The texture is better without the skin but then you lose a lot of nutrients so use the skin.
  8. Handful of ice
  9. Stevia is optional

  1. Blend it all together and enjoy! :)

  1. 2 scoops SP Complete
  2. 1 scoop Whole Food Fiber
  3. Big handful of spinach and/or kale
  4. 1 tsp flax seeds
  5. 1 to 11/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (depending on how thick you want it)
  6. 1/2 roasted sweet potato (skin removed)
  7. 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (optional)
  8. 1/4 teaspoon each ground cloves, ground ginger and ground nutmeg or use 1-2 tsps pumpkin pie spice instead
  9. Handful of ice cubes
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  11. Stevia to sweeten to your liking (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend everything and enjoy!

    1. 1 1/2 cup coconut water or 1 can of coconut milk (regular or light)
    2. 1 scoop protein powder
    3. 1 teaspoon ground chia seeds
    4. 1 handful of spinach
    5. 1 handful kale
    6. 1 cup frozen mango
    7. 1 cup frozen pineapple
    Optional Additions
    1. banana or peaches instead of or in addition to mango
    2. use raw nuts instead of protein powder
    Instructions
    1. Add all ingredients into a blender, mix and enjoy!

  2. 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
  3. 1 teaspoon ground chia seeds
  4. 1 handful raw almonds (or cashews)
  5. 1 handful spinach
  6. 1 handful kale
  7. 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  8. 3/4 cup frozen cherries
  9. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  10. 1/4 cup raspberries
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to blender, mix, and enjoy!
Optional Additions
  1. add agave nectar or honey as a sweetener
  2. use protein powder instead of raw nuts
  3. use juice or almond milk instead of water
