Berry Blast Smoothie

1 1/2 cups water (filtered or bottled)
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 teaspoon ground chia seeds
1 handful raw almonds (or cashews)
1 handful spinach
1 handful kale
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries


Add ingredients to blender, mix, and enjoy!

Optional Additions:
add agave nectar or honey as a sweetener
use protein powder instead of raw nuts
use juice or almond milk instead of water
