3 medium overripe bananas (approx. 1 cup)
1/2 cup smooth organic almond, peanut or other nut butter
1/4 cup cacoa powder
1 scoop Newport Organic Protein Powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a small square cake or brownie pan with butter or coconut oil and set aside.
On the stove top, melt the nut butter.
In a blender, food processor or by hand, combine the bananas, cocoa powder, Newport Protein Powder with the nut butter until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for around 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and cool completely before slicing.
Store in the refrigerator
