Lobster and Mango Salad

Newport Beach Cleanse friendly, paleo, ketogenic and AIP.


~1/2 pound fresh lobster meat

~1 ripe mango, diced into small cubes

~juice of 1 lime

~1 cup of cilantro, chopped

~1/4 cup red onion, diced

~pinch of Celtic sea salt

Optional: can add 1 ripe avocado, diced into small cubes



Cut lobster meat into bite size pieces and place in a bowl along with mango, red onion and cilantro.  Add lime juice, and sea salt.  Mix and refrigerate for a minimum of half hour.

Serves 4.  Can serve alone or on top of greens.
