Almond Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients:

~10 pitted Medjool dates
~1 ½ cups raw organic almonds
~1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
~1/2 cup almond butter
~2 tablespoons (1 scoop) Organic Newport Protein powder
~1 tablespoon coconut oil
~1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes for rolling

Instructions:

Place all ingredients (except for coconut flakes for rolling) into a food processor and blend until well mixed (30-60 seconds).

With wet hands form mixture into ball shapes.  Roll balls into coconut flakes until covered.  Refrigerate for an hour or more.

Makes about 8 balls
