~4 ripe bananas
~1/2 cup unsweetened cashew butter
~1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips or melted
Place peeled ripe bananas in freezer for at least 2 hours but best overnight. In a food processor or good blender, blend bananas until smooth and add cashew butter. Blend until mixed. Pour mixture into mini cupcake liners in a mini cupcake baking pan. Place mini chocolate chips on top or melt chocolate chips and make designs on top. Freeze for 2 hours or more and serve.
Makes 10-12 bites
Optional: Can use other nut butters
