1-1 1/2 heads of raw organic cauliflower (thick stem removed)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp chives minced
salt & pepper to taste
Steam cauliflower florets until soft (approximately 20 minutes). Strain or blot using a paper towel to remove excess water. Place in food processor with garlic and slowly add the coconut milk. To make it thicker, add less liquid. Once fully blended, stir in chives, salt, and pepper.
*can add ghee, butter, or horseradish
