Cauliflower Hummus

ingredients:
- 4 cups steamed or roasted cauliflower florets
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tsp of tahini
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp of ground cumin (Omit for AIP and low lectin)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth, for about 3 minutes. Place in a serving dish and garnish with cauliflower and a drop of olive oil.
