1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

instructions:
Place the chicken in the crock of your slow cooker
In a large pan, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook 5-7 minutes, or until translucent. Add ginger, garlic, turmeric, garam masala, coriander, cumin, chili powder, cloves and sea salt. Cook 1-2 minutes more, or until very fragrant.
Stir in tomato paste, coconut milk, and chicken bone broth and stir to combine. Add chicken and cover pan. Simmer for 30 minutes while stirring occasionally.
For a thicker sauce, mix arrowroot with about 1 tablespoon water and add to pan. Add in cilantro right before serving.
