1/2 cup lemon juice (juice of 2 lemons)
2/3 cup coconut milk or unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop RGN Collagen Protein, vanilla
1/2 teaspoon monk fruit, stevia or allulose
1-2 pinches sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cap lemon extract (optional)
10-15 macadamia nuts (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
