- 4-6 cups greens (I use red leaf lettuce)
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, diced or julienned
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- Sprinkle of black and white sesame seeds
Optional: 1/2 cup cashews or organic peanuts, roasted
Sesame Ginger Dressing:
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons almond or organic peanut butter
- 1/2 up coconut aminos
- 1/2" fresh ginger
