I am a big fan of the Paleo diet. While lowering inflammation and improving gut health, you still have so many delicious options to eat that will leave you feeling satisfied. Here are some of my favorite Paleo recipes I've created that your whole family will love. Enjoy!

These are the best to make for lunch! Make a big batch and serve to your entire family. Crisp, flavorful, and filled with healthy fats.

2. Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn't love a chocolate chip cookie?! A healthified version that tastes even better than the classic recipe, without all of the refined sugar and flour. These will make your entire house smell amazing.

This is hands down one of my favorite shake recipes of all time! Collagen is amazing for hair, skin, nails, gut health, and immunity. This is so refreshing and perfect for spring.

Brunch anyone? This is an excellent protein-packed recipe for a weekend breakfast with friends or family. It's hearty, contains so many delicious flavors, and looks picture-perfect.
