Choco Avo Mousse

ingredients:
- flesh of 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 2-6 tablespoons granulated monk fruit
- Raspberries or unsweetened coconut shreds for garnish
instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Use less milk for a thicker mousse and more for a thinner/creamier result.
- Place in 4" ramekins and place in refrigerator to harden. Garnish with raspberry or unsweetened coconut shreds
